Join The Kitchen by Vangura for a Chinese cooking workshop in celebration of Chinese New Years. The menu will include:

  • Shrimp sizzling rice soup
  • Honey hoisin ribs
  • Mu shu chicken with with Mandarin pancakes
  • Spicy Kung poa pork with water chestnuts, baby corn, sweet bell peppers, and peanuts
  • Sweet and sour volcano chicken flambeed with rum
  • Vegetarian fried rice

This interactive cooking class is BYOB. Aprons and recipes provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Guests must wear closed-toe shoes. Cost: $95
