Join The Kitchen by Vangura for a Chinese cooking workshop in celebration of Chinese New Years. The menu will include:
- Shrimp sizzling rice soup
- Honey hoisin ribs
- Mu shu chicken with with Mandarin pancakes
- Spicy Kung poa pork with water chestnuts, baby corn, sweet bell peppers, and peanuts
- Sweet and sour volcano chicken flambeed with rum
- Vegetarian fried rice
This interactive cooking class is BYOB. Aprons and recipes provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
