This event is part of Carnegie Mellon University’s 2019-20 Humanities Center Public Lecture Series on access and environmental justice in the city. The speaker for this event will be Raul Pacheco-Vega on “Urban Water Governance as a Wicked Problem: Opportunities and Challenges to Implement the Human Right to Water in a Rapidly Changing World”. This lecture is co-sponsored by the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering. This event is open to all members of the general public.
